In August 2024, Trident Millers furthered its commitment to sustainability and efficiency by installing a 300,000 WP solar power system on its facility’s rooftop, designed and implemented by Wivalux International. With an expected annual production of 409,500 kWh, the solar installation not only aligns with Trident Millers’ sustainability goals but also significantly reduces energy costs. In July 2024, Nedlit International took another significant step toward sustainability by partnering with Wivalux International for a comprehensive solar power solution. A 400,000-watt peak (WP) solar system was installed on the roof of their headquarters in Patašinė, with an anticipated annual production of 387,600 kWh. The installation was conducted by local electricians under Wivalux’s supervision, ensuring compliance with both technical and quality standards.

Despite initial challenges related to local regulatory restrictions, Wivalux and Nedlit International successfully navigated these issues, and the solar plant is now fully operational. This investment has provided immediate financial benefits: the solar system’s energy savings exceed the cost of the installation, resulting in a positive cash flow from day one.
